Hunafa: Jurnal Studia Islamika is an islamic studies journal dedicated to publishing scholarly articles on all aspects of Islam and the muslim peoples and on religious studies. Available in print and online and published twice a year, the journal aims to become one of the leading platforms in Indonesia for new findings and discussions of all fields of Islamic studies.
Focus and Scope
Hunafa: Jurnal Studia Islamika invites scholars, researchers, and students to contribute the result of their studies and researches in the areas related to Islam and Muslim society which covers textual and fieldwork investigation with various perspectives of law, philosophy, mysticism, history, art, theology, sociology, anthropology, political science and others.
Peer Review Process
Every manuscript submitted to Hunafa: Jurnal Studia Islamika is independently reviewed by at least two reviewers in the form of "double-blind review". Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. In certain cases, the editor may submit an article for review to another, third reviewer before making a decision, if necessary.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
